Who can require the Golden Visa Portugal:
Citizens of other States who make investments, personally or through an unipersonal society, over 5 (five) years and in an amount that reaches the values listed below, according to each possible investment.
Investment List
- Acquisition of Real Estate with a value of € 500 thousand Euros or more;
- Acquisition of Real Estates whose construction has been completed at least 30 years ago, or located in an area of urban rehabilitation, for a total amount of € 350 thousand Euros or more;
- Capital transfers worth € 1 million Euros or more;
- Constitution of unipersonal companies that creates, at least, 10 job positions;
- Capital transfers worthing € 350 thousand Euros or more, that must be allocated in investigation scientific activities;
- Capital transfers worthing € 250 thousand Euros or more, that must be allocated in artistic production investments or support of artistic production;
- Capital transfers worthing € 250 thousand euros or more, that must be allocated in the capitalization of small or medium companies.
